You manage and oversee all customer operations, examine growth opportunities, and take responsibility for the department's performance against targets. You develop and implement sales strategies and develop (new) relationships with key executive decision-makers.
- develop and execute sales strategies, identify the roadmap, and drive enhanced revenue generation for the business
lead and manage the sales team, including setting goals, providing guidance, and driving performance to meet and exceed sales targets
define and effectively communicate value propositions to the team, partner, and customers
identify new sales opportunities and markets, and establish strong and long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders to grow the business
monitor the market and identify new trends to offer a competitive advantage and keep Fosera ahead of its competition
provide regular feedback to product development to ensure cohesive messaging of customer needs as input to the company’s product strategy
- at least eight years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
strong leadership skills and proven experience in leading a team toward growth
exceptional communication skills, enabling effective communication in interaction with customers, external partners, and the team
excellent listening, negotiating, and presenting skills, and articulate the distinct aspects of services and products based on added value
an advantage as a strategic thinker when it comes to analyzing market trends and customer needs and converting them into sales growth
the ability to encourage openness and trust both internally and externally and to convince with your persuasive and charismatic personality
