What do you do?
fosera. is a German manufacturer of solar home systems for off-grid rural electrification. A good place to start is here.
Where are you located?
Our main headquarters is located in Ulm, Germany. Our manufacturing facility is located in Thailand. We also operate a local assembly in Bahir Dar, Ethiopia.

Which type of battery do you use?
At fosera we always use Lithium iron phosphate batteries (LiFePO4) due their safety when used under high temperatures and are safer compared to common alternatives on the market which can be flammable under certain circumstances. LiFePO4 batteries use phosphates and avoids cobalt's cost and environmental concerns. And also we chose LiFePO4 batteries because of their long lifespan.
Are your systems available as Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG)?
Yes! Our systems are offered both on a cash sales basis and can be sold over PAYG. fosera. is currently integrated with PaygOps, Paygee and Angaza.
Are your products Verasol (before Lighting Global) certified?
They are, you can find out about our Verasol-certified products and access the test reports here.
Can we personalize our systems with a specific design?
We can offer co-branding service. Contact our sales team.
Do you have any specific conditions for any new partner who is willing to work with you?
